About The Design

Colors

Numerous shades of green with black and white accents

Color design is an emerald green color schematic. The idea is to have different shades and contrasts of green accented with black and white to give a multilayered look to the site. Content is posted in simple black and white to give focus to the text. This color scheme is not designed around a high level of text content; instead, the colors better accent photos and grapic based sites.

Layout

Layout is a professional design with contrasting colors to give a rolled in feel and look. Furthermore, the main navigation remains at the top of the page with a right-aligned column for special mention items. The layers flow into each other with smooth transitions and the size is centered for a well-rounded, professional look to it.

This layout is more specifically tailored to a specific business; the color scheme can change, but the style fits well with different shades of a color, which would accent well with a business's colors and graphics thrown into the site.

Dynamic content is well supported here as well with the wings, along with a sectioned homepage. The main view of the site is meant to be both dynamic and colorful, with highlighting links and animation through flash, this site is sure to grab the visitors attention, but is low key enough to avoid annoyances or feelings of looking amatuerish.

Potential Customizations/Upgrades

This template is easily setup to accomodate flash, dynamic content, highlighting and shift links and images, animation through flash and text, and more. Collaspable menus and navigations are key, as keeping the site frame small helps to trap in all the images and colors that are contained in this well-designed template.

One item that is self-coded into the template works around links and sectioned areas of links. For a site that has groupings of links for commonly used items, it can be useful to have blocks of links as shown in the template design, and these have modifiers coded into make them highlight a different way to signify importance. These can be changed dynamically or statically.
